“The reason I enjoy working for Leprino Foods is the fact that every time I’ve felt like I was starting to get settled or comfortable in a position, I’m provided with a new challenge to stretch me and increase my knowledge and experience.”

“An important skill here at Leprino is to be able to ask for help. It’s OK for me to admit I don’t know everything and there’s comfort in knowing there are supportive team members who can provide me with the answer or help me find it.”
